East Kent Cycling... Just get on your BIKE !
Cycling is very good for your general health, it benefits your heart, your lungs, is helpful to asthma sufferers, and generally tones up your body. Get Fit - Keep Fit... and enjoy doing it. If you are interested, then you are welcome to join in with the East Kent Cycling Club on their Sunday Rides. The club rides to the first stop for refreshments by about 10.00 am, then on to the lunch stop and then home, in the winter months, or stay out later for dinner and then home in the summer months, after a very pleasant day of Cycling around the Kent countryside in good company. The East Kent Cycling Club is mainly a touring club. You are very welcome to come along and join us. Juniors - (under 16 years) must be accompanied by a responsible Adult.
